ISingleton acquires SpagSoft
The move will provide our customers with
better customer service and trim administrative
overhead and operating costs.
ISingleton and SpagSoft have partnered
on several large and successful projects
in the past and present. With both companies
expanding and having overlapping and well
as complimentary services, the merger
just made official what the two companies
were already doing - providing intelligent
solutions to clients.
ISingleton will retain all staff from
SpagSoft and Carlos Sola-Llonch will become
the chief software engineer at ISingleton.
This merger will allow us to better share
and allocate resources, share intellectual
property and most importantly serve our
customers.
